Swim Suite helps athletes, coaches, and authorized users record and review performance statistics.

You may only use the app for lawful purposes, and you are responsible for any activity under your account. The service is provided "as is" and depends on the accuracy of the data you enter or upload.

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate and current information and keep it up to date.

• Keep your credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of performance statistics and any videos or files you upload.

• Do not upload false, misleading, or harmful information.
• If you upload data about other individuals, you must have their permission.

We process personal data to operate and improve the app, and we never sell your personal data.

To keep Swim Suite safe and reliable, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Misuse or share personal data of other users without permission.
• Upload malware, viruses, or attempt to disrupt the app.
• Reverse engineer, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse the platform.

You retain ownership of performance data and videos you upload. To operate the service, you grant us permission to store and display that content within the app.

We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. All intellectual property rights for Swim Suite branding, features, and code remain with SwimSuite AB.

We may update or modify features to improve stability and performance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime, loss of data, or technical failures.

Prices and subscription terms are displayed within the app. Payments are processed securely via Stripe and/or RevenueCat.

Fees are non-refundable, except where required by Swedish law.

We may change prices for subscriptions or paid features. You will be notified via email or within the app before new prices take effect. Continued use after a price update means acceptance of the new price.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• You violate these terms.
• You misuse the service or harm other users.

The app is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for injury, damages, or losses resulting from:

• Inaccurate data uploaded by users.
• Decisions based on analysis or metrics.
• Training choices that should be reviewed by qualified professionals.

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated within the app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
